2What this notice covers
This website. It is a static site: there is no login, no account system and no data-entry form on any page. The site does not set cookies and does not use analytics identifiers by default — the cookie policy records that position. Personal data reaches us in two ways only: you email us, or you ask for a demo.
3What we collect
When you email us or ask for a demo, we receive what you choose to send: your name, your email address, and the content of your message. We collect nothing else about you, and we do not enrich what you send with data from other sources.
4Why we use it, and the legal basis
We use what you send us to respond to you and to deal with the matter you have raised. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in corresponding with people who write to us (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). Where you ask us to take steps ahead of a possible contract — a demo before an engagement — the basis is Article 6(1)(b).
We do not send marketing without your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). If you give consent, you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it was. We do not profile you, and we make no decision about you by automated means.
5How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to handle the matter it concerns, then delete it. The criterion is the life of the matter, not a fixed period: a question answered in one exchange is kept briefly; correspondence that leads to a continuing relationship is kept while that relationship lasts.
6Who else sees it
The service providers that host our email and our demo scheduling process your message on our instructions, as processors. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it. If a provider processes personal data outside the United Kingdom, we ensure the transfer is covered by a safeguard the UK GDPR permits (Articles 44 to 49); we will provide details of the safeguard on request.
7Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, for rectification of anything inaccurate, for erasure, for restriction of processing, and for a copy of data you provided in a portable form.
You also have the right to object to processing we base on legitimate interests. We state this separately because the law requires it to be brought to your attention clearly and apart from other information. To exercise any of these rights, email info@admissiblelabs.com; we do not charge for a request.
8Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, we would ask you to tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at any time: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
9Changes to this notice
This notice is regenerated with each site build; the stamp at the top records the build date. If what we collect or why we collect it changes, we will change this notice before the change takes effect, and the corrections page records our approach to errors.
